Downloads must be available

If downloads are available on your gallery, you will have the option to download them.

For single images

Click the gallery link.
To download a single image, click on the photo, click the menu button in the top right corner, and select “Download Image”.
The image will open in a new tab. Click and hold to Save to Photos.

Note: On an iPhone, you’ll be prompted to either download the file or view it. Click “View” to open the file to press and save it to your camera roll. Clicking “Download” will save it to your Files app.

For full gallery downloads

Click the gallery link.
In the top right corner, click “Download Gallery”.
The photos will then either:
- Be available for download as a ZIP file on the Downloads Page.
- Be sent to your email as a downloadable ZIP file link.
On the Downloads Page, select each download (if it’s a bigger gallery, you’ll see it split up into several zip files) to start the download in your device browser. This saves the ZIP file to your Files. When you click the ZIP file, a folder will open. From this folder, you can select all images and save them to your device.

Note: If ZIP files aren't supported on your phone:

Try opening the download on a desktop instead, or save it to a cloud storage service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud Drive. A Dropbox option will appear in the browser with the mobile download.

📌 Pro Tip

iPhones typically save images to your Camera Roll or Photos app.
Android devices save to the Downloads folder or Gallery, depending on your settings.
